CHARTER OF DEMANDS

The Charter of Demands represents the hopes and aspirations of thousands and thousands of Officers� working in the Banking Industry all over the country, owing allegiance to the All India Bank Officers� Confederation and other Officers� organizations in the industry. The Charter of Demands is also a statement of the demands of the Officers� fraternity for consideration of the Indian Banks� Association, an accredited representative forum of the Managements of the Member Banks and as also acting as the spokesperson on behalf of the Government of India, in the matter of settlement of compensation system in the Banking Industry on behalf of their member banks in the country.
